Wismilak International Tennis Tournament

Don't imagine that Wismilak International Bali 2005 at Grand Hyatt, Nusa Dua, merely consists of three tennis courts with only tennis activities, you can also find a 'village' with surrounding 'stands' and 'gardens' to relax and have fun for a moment.
Entering the main gate, around 10 metres, you are welcomed by delightful and colorful stands, directly opposite Court 2. In the middle of these stands, there are special areas for relaxing while enjoying various food and beverages. Chairs and tables with Wismilak International Bali green umbrellas are also available with one Haagen-Dazs maroon red umbrella. Therefore, visitors can enjoy their time shaded from the heat of the sun, especially in the afternoon.

Named Bali Village, this 'village' comes alive with activities during the tournaments. All stands are attractive and inviting visitors, selling assorted items starting from cars until herbs! Wismilak stand is especially entertaining and fun, decorated with hanging flowers and colored in green and white. While the largest stand and most frequented is none other than the Food & Beverage (F&B) stand. It is also an ideal meeting point after watching different matches, because there are three games on three different courts -- Court 1, Court 2, Center Court – going on at the same time.

Participating in the Bali Village among them are Wismilak International, Sony Ericsson, Trac (Astra rent a car), Commonwealth Bank, Daihatsu, Volkl Tennis, Dubai Duty Free, F&B, Jamu Iboe, Bali Bird Park, Wilson, Adidas, Flexi, all promoting their products and several even available for sale.

The Wismilak stand displays tournament merchandise items, such as various colors and types of t-shirt, scarf, fan, hairband, greeting card, and silver jewelry i.e. bracelet, earings, tie pin with Wismilak International's very own mascot Winni the Balinese starling figurine. All these limited edition of merchandises are available for sale at modest pricing. The merchandises are elegantly designed, some are femininely styled, classically styled and even casually styled such as candy colored t-shirts.

Many snacks are offered at the F&B stand. The choices are various types of fast food, among them tuna sandwich, french fries, spring rolls also coffee and tea, juices, soft drinks and Haagen-Dazs ice cream.

Autograph sessions will also be held at the Bali Village with favorite tennis players – namely Wynne Prakusya, Alica Molik, Lindsay Davenport – at the Dubai Duty Free stand, Sony Ericsson stand and Wismilak International stand, on Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons from 5 – 6 p.m.
